Argyros Atlantis RedDry Red, PGI Cyclades Grapes: 90% Mandilaria, 10% Mavrotragano Vinification: Typical red wine vinification. Aged 6 months in French oak barrels Tasting notes: Full bodied with fine tannins, complex aromas of red fruit, with hints of prune and leather. The mouth is well structured and balanced, with a velvety palate and long finish. Food Pairing: Serve at 18oC, with red meats, charcuterie, dishes with tomato and spicy sauces. Argyros VinsantoSweet White, PDO Santorini Grapes: 80% Assyrtiko, 10% Aidani, 10% Athiri Vinification: Grapes sun-dried 12-14 days. Aged in French oak barrels for 17 years and in bottle 3 years before release. Tasting notes: Full bodied, excellent structure with great balance of sweetness and acidity. Copper-amber color with complex aromas of chocolate, honey, roasted coffee grains, dried fruits and nuts. Virtually, unlimited aging potential.
